Returns Policy

Silhouette Hair E-xtensions (SHE-xtensions) understands that it can be difficult purchasing products online and we want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We are more than happy to exchange or refund your SHE-xtensions purchase. We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee. Simply send the product back in original condition, within 30 days of your purchase date and we will provide you with a store credit less a 15% administration and restocking fee and shipping cost paid for you to receive the product will not be included in the refund.

  • For hygienic purposes, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products if we believe it has been taken out of its original ties/packaging and is re-packaged. In the event of a return or exchange you must email us pictures of the product to confirm the return, this also applies to colour swap. Return or exchange costs for the shipping of a product is to be paid for by the customer. As above there is also a 15% administration and re stocking fee that applies for returned items that comply with our policy.
  • Hair can only be accepted back if it is unused in its original packaging.
  • Any personalised colour clip-in set is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • All products must be returned in original packaging without tampering or credit/exchange/refund is forfeited without dispute. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product safely to us. We recommend using a tracking service such as Express Post Parcels. Please retain your tracking number
  • We advise that only trained and qualified hair dressers are used for installation. Attempting to install weft and tapes by unqualified persons will result in unsatisfactory outcomes.
  • In the case that you may get anyone to install your Silhouette Hair extensions and for any reason complications arise such as; incorrect installation, shedding due to incorrect installation, any form of complications with colouring to the hair extensions and/or your own hair including bleach, damage to your scalp due to incorrect installation, damage to your scalp or to the hair extensions due to the use of any hair care products or not following our care instructions https://she-xtensions.com/care-instructions/, we will in no way be held responsible or be liable to provide any refund or exchange of any kind.
  • Please note that SHE-xtensions will make the final and undisputed decision on any return, exchange or credit of goods, regardless of circumstances.
  • Please note that SHE-xtensions when replacing under warranty the near equivilant must be returned. Replacement under warranty items must be returned before replacements are sent out. SHE-xtensions will make the final call to determine if under warranty replacement items haven't been replaced and have the authority to charge the difference without permission from the purchaser or send out the equivilant on what has been received from the purchaser.

Instruction for Return/Exchange

  • Place product in an Australian Post 500gram express satchel.
  • Include a note in your package sating your name, order number and email address along with what you would like to swap to or bank details for refund. Keep a copy of the tracking number of the satchel and email/message us with the number.
  • If exchange, include a new, blank Australian Post 500 gram express satchel for us to send it back to you in. It must be the express post satchel as it has a tracking service. It is you the customers responsibility to return the product safely to us.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for SHE-xtensions to process and post back your new order once it is received by us.
